Excellent Customer Service Since the first day I stepped into this dealership in 2012, it was obvious that they aim to please. Everyone is friendly, polite, and not pushy. Vince Hendri is a knowledgeable, professional, and super kind salesperson. Jesse Brodman and Dan Geist are always kind & personable with service appointments. I always appreciate the phone calls and updates. Jesse was even kind enough to have my car cleaned after the last service. Every employee from every department that I have had an interaction with has been a pleasure to deal with (from the employees who deliver my automobile or loaner, to friendly faces at the service and reception desk). So far, this dealership delivers on customer service consistently. My salespeople and the service team are all just great: no b/s and they do what they say they will do. On top of that, they are always pleasant and take the time to actually listen to you. My service advisor, Dan, is just fantastic. I made an appointment for 37K check up and oil change, plus a concern about a "Chirping noise from under the hood". Upon arrival, I also added "yearly Inspection", please. No Problem. I found a very convenient work area, in your comfortable lounge. In a very reasonable time, I was checked out by Dave Ullman. He explained everything that was done and added a 10% discount on oil change and, although out of warranty, the "'dechirping" and adjustment to one of the belts.
