He got me set up in my loaner and Ray went above and beyond to make sure my Crosstrek's 30,000-mile service appointment went as smoothly as possible. He got me set up in my loaner and allowed me to hold on to it through the weekend since the service ran right up to close of business on Saturday. Ray stayed in touch with me throughout each stage of the service and let me know when the techs ran into something worrisome or when they needed clarification about something. I also needed to have my remote starter serviced and Ray was nice enough to throw in a discount for the remote starter diagnostic/repair even though the remote starter was out of warranty. More
