George quickly realized that my problem was very serious. Very calmly, he let me know that I needed to use other transportation to get home. At that time, I had no one I could call, so I was provided with a courtesy car. George and one of his colleagues found that my extended warranty covered the repair. My car was repaired the next day. I found Ray to be knowledgable, articulate and easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with his recommendations. I waited while my car was being serviced. The dealership has a nice waiting room with coffee and water and a selection of good magazines. Ray kept me informed of the progress of my car and it was completed (and washed) in a timely manner. Based on my first visit I recommend Glanzmann Subaru and highly recommend Ray Cooley. More
