Repair shop getting better I'd gone to this shop several times and quit going due to difficulty getting someone on the phone and then when I did there was a good bit of attitude I'd gone to this shop several times and quit going due to difficulty getting someone on the phone and then when I did there was a good bit of attitude/irritation. Warranty repair New car, less than 2 years old, AC failed. That shouldn't happen, but it's not a dealership issue. Dealer was booked for a month, we needed it fixed. New car, less than 2 years old, AC failed. That shouldn't happen, but it's not a dealership issue. Dealer was booked for a month, we needed it fixed. They took the car, kept it couple days until they could squeeze it in between appointments. All fixed, no hassle, good communication, felt like they were really trying to make this work for us. Given that we were bummed about the problem in the first place, this was a great outcome. They did inspection and replaced filters too - the latter is convenient but they really charge you for the privilege. More
