unreliable service department This is the third time I've had service here that has taken multiple days to complete. For whatever reason, they are unable to keep to schedule. Was told there was one car in front of me, and that the recall repair would take about 3 hours. By 5pm, I had a call they the hadn't gotten to my car yet, but if I left it overnight, they would get to it first thing in the morning. I called to check on the status the following day at 1pm, and was told that they wanted to know if I'd like an oil change considering my mileage, which would be about another hour. I called back at 3pm to ask on the status, and the rep didn't know. I finally received a call at 4:30pm that my car was ready. My previous experiences were no different-- scheduled service appointment that ends up taking several days, one instance took over a week! I know that there is a shortage of mechanics, but the scheduling/ logistics at the service department are a nightmare that they cannot figure out. More

Easy decision We were invited to take a test drive in an Outback. We met with Reese and he took us on test drive. I exited the car and told Reese "I'll take it".
