I purchased a CPO 2019 Subaru Forester from Glanzmann in September and opted for the extended warranty. When the tire pressure warning light went off I stoped by to use the express service for the first tim September and opted for the extended warranty. When the tire pressure warning light went off I stoped by to use the express service for the first time—wow! I waited comfortably in the customer lounge and within an hour the tires were set, fluids were checked and they even washed the car for me! I love having a record of all service in one location. I had a great experience when I purchased the car and I can see caring for it will be great as well. I bought the Subaru for its excellent track record and with this level of care I can keep the car or maybe sell or trade in for an upgrade—at Glanzmann! More

Effortless Car Buying After my 2006 (yes, 2006) vehicle abruptly called it quits I went to Glanzmann to look at a new car. Did my research, knew what I wanted and the max After my 2006 (yes, 2006) vehicle abruptly called it quits I went to Glanzmann to look at a new car. Did my research, knew what I wanted and the max payment I could afford. So I went to Glanzmann with my details, dreading the sales games to come. I was never more surprised. My Sales Rep, Reese Hamilton, was the most helpful, honest and courteous person. He never rushed, spoke down to, or pushed me into anything. My sale took several days and during that time I kept thinking of stuff and asking questions, all of which were answered promptly, even when he had to discuss with others at the dealership first. I was offered an extension on the Black Friday "extras" deal when I was still undecided, so that I was able to take a couple more days to decide. I got my car and per that agreement, I was given the Black Friday Special. When I mistakenly chose extras that were already on my car, Reese let me know right away rather than letting it go. This guy is a keeper, and I'll be looking for him when I or my family are looking for cars in future! Scott in the Finance Department was also great. I've never met a Finance guy at an auto dealership who didn't try to force you into adding all kinds of extra protection, service packages, etc., but I guess there's a first time for everything! He was pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat, he asked me a few questions about driving patterns and habits, then explained available plans. As I wasn't prepared to add one that evening, and wanted some more time to think, he provided some info, a pamphlet and his contact info. No nonsense. I am so impressed with the treatment that I got at Glanzmann. I've been telling EVERYONE about the experience. I expect that they will get all of my business now - from cars to service. More

Great, patient folk! I came into Glanzmann Subaru a bit before Thanksgiving to get my (old) car appraised and see where my figures were at, financially speaking ... I w I came into Glanzmann Subaru a bit before Thanksgiving to get my (old) car appraised and see where my figures were at, financially speaking ... I worked with Phil Han, and his managers Keith and Rob. Everyone was so welcoming, and I am a slow mover with big decisions and let them know that ahead of time, and not once did anyone at Glanzmann make me feel pressured to get a car right away or make a decision right at the moment. I didn't feel like I was at your typical car dealership. Very relaxed, conversational ... just good people all around. They worked with my trade-in, we got the numbers perfect, and I ended up getting my first (but not last!) Subaru Crosstrek. I really felt comfortable with Glanzmann, even in the financial aspect ... I worked with Becky and she was so friendly and informative about everything having to with the financial aspects, and warranties. I am extraordinarily grateful to them for that! Everything was smooth, friendly and very professional. Thanks, everyone!! More
