The Waiting Game. I took my vehicle for service yesterday. I braved the morning Philly traffic to get to my 8:15am appointment. At 1:15pm I received an "update" that m I took my vehicle for service yesterday. I braved the morning Philly traffic to get to my 8:15am appointment. At 1:15pm I received an "update" that my car had not even been touched, 5 hours after I dropped it off. Why make appointments? Thankfully I had a loaner. My car needed new tires (after only 34,000 miles) but apparently they don't do that on Saturdays, so they were trying to make me wait until Monday. Thankfully, they worked it in. I asked if there were any deals or coupons available for the work needed, the advisor said he would apply a $25 coupon for the amount I was paying. It's not a lot, but anything helps. When I picked up the car this morning, I checked out, and literally saw my car sitting there, ready, for 15 minutes while I waited. I finally asked the people outside if I could take it, and they asked where my advisor was. I replied, "You tell me." When I looked at the service receipt, guess what wasn't there? The $25 coupon. Their incredible sales and generous trade-in allowance made me a Glanzmann customer, their poor service is not likely to keep me as one. More

Totally happy with my purchase experience. Sales agent Donna Allodoli was knowledgeable and helpful about everything I asked about concerning the Forester and it’s systems. This is my first purchase of a Subaru and Donna gets a 5-Star rating for guiding me through the process including the test drive, financing, vehicle options, and ordering/delivery. She kept me apprised of the status of the car’s delivery date and on the day I came to pick up my new Forester, Donna walked me through all of the car’s systems and features. Before I left that day, Donna walked me to all of the departments at Glanzmann, introducing me to the Service Managers and TechAdvisor, and explained where everything was located to make any future visits easy to manage. - Now, on to the Delivery Manager: Mr. Warren Liebig. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The type of representative for Glanzmann Subaru that I wish could be found at all auto dealerships. He certainly made me feel more comfortable than I have ever felt when purchasing a new car. Once again, a 5-Star employee rating. - I have been buying new cars for over 50 years now and I can say from past experience that this is the first time I have never felt “the new car sales hustle”.
