Our Subaru was due for a few recalls. I knew about all of them, no real excuses just didnt take care of them like I should have. Being that my wife is 39 weeks pregnant, and the whole COVID-19 thing going on Sam offers TO COME GET THE CAR FROM OUR HOUSE AND DO THE RECALL. What?? Have you ever heard of a dealership doing FREE recalls AND coming to GET the car themselves? I have not. The work was done within a day, and they brought the car back. Washed. They brought it back washed. All so my pregnant wife didnt have to leave the house. Customer for life. More

My only additional comment for the dealership overall is to be sure ALL of the front desk employees learn how to greet customers with a warm and welcoming smile. Something this small goes a long way. I have been a customer here for years and have always received expert care with respect and courtesy for my automobile and myself. Of course the staff has changed over the years and I’m just getting know the new staff; as well as them knowing me. It’s understandable that a person’s personality has a lot to do with how they relate to customers. However, those on the front line must be trained to always greet the customers with a smile. More
