The appointment was for the annual car inspection and a diagnostic evaluation for an issue. Eric was the service advisor. He updated me often on the progress while I was in the waiting area. He explained things to me in plain (non-technical) language that I could understand. There was also a young mother with a toddler in the waiting area. When her service was finished, I saw how he helped the mother put the baby stroller into her car. He made the little boy giggle, too. That is what makes Glanzmann's service advisors special. They truly connect with the customers--no matter what age: all the way from toddler to the elderly, like myself. More
