A few weeks ago, I met with Laura and test drove a Subaru Outback (both the 2012 and 2013 models.) Laura was very friendly and professional, and not overly "sales-y". I went back today and bought a brand new Subaru from Laura. The whole process there was very painless -- she helped me get the exact package I wanted very quickly.
