Follow up visit to purchase of used vehicle I visited the service department to pick up a second key & fob, since my used 2011 Forester car only came with one. I had been told I would have to pu I visited the service department to pick up a second key & fob, since my used 2011 Forester car only came with one. I had been told I would have to purchase these items. When I arrived my salesman told me he had found at the fob, so I would only have to pay for the key and programming. I mentioned that the rear wiper blade didn't seem new as represented. When they completed the work, there was no charge for the key/fob/programming or the replacement wiper blade. The service desk was very friendly and the waiting room pleasant. I am very happy with the treatment I received. More

I did not know how to install wiper fluid for the back window wiper. He explained everything to me in detail and showed me how to access it. He also suggested that I could always drop by if I needed fluid added and he would come out and put it in for me. That was so thoughtful of him and I really appreciated that offer. I am now responsible for my own upkeep with the car (my husband always took care of this, but he recently passed). It's a great feeling to know that there are people out there who will help if you needed it. Love dealing with Glanzmann. My husband and I used them for years with our other 2 Outbacks. More
