Friendly, Excellent, service I took my car in for state inspection, the 30,000 mile walk around inspection , and some warranty issues. Best service ever I had a 10am appointment and arrived at 9:30. Dave greeted with a smile and a warm "come on down." My car was making a noise that was difficult to ex I had a 10am appointment and arrived at 9:30. Dave greeted with a smile and a warm "come on down." My car was making a noise that was difficult to explain. Right away he called Michael over to take a ride with me and to listen to the noise. Pf course the car made no noise but from my description, Michael had a idea that it was a heat sensor. Finally the car made the noise and Michael said indeed it was a heat sensor. as easy fix. We drove the car back to the shop and I was on my way out at 10:15. No one does it better. I have been going to this dealership for 10 years and will continue with them. fantastic service. More

Great Service I brought my car in because the left outside heated mirror was not operating correctly. A new mirror was ordered. I was told I'd be called when the I brought my car in because the left outside heated mirror was not operating correctly. A new mirror was ordered. I was told I'd be called when the part came in. The day after service, I was called, the part had arrived (1 day later!!!), and we set up an appointment for the repair and inspection, as it is due. I have always been treated with friendliness, competence, and respect. I've dealt with Frances Freezman and David Ullman in the past. They are also great to work with. I would recommend, and have recommended, this dealership to friends and family alike. More
