I purchased my first Subaru from Glanzmann in 2009 at the Jenkintown location. My recent purchase took place at Glanzmann's new location in Hatboro, Pa. Though the physical space is much larger and very modern, I was pleased to learn through my experience that the non-pushy attitude and transparent pricing haven't changed. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Glanzmann. Oh, I returned on Lauren's day off to complete my purchase and don't remember the name of the young man who took her place, but he was as professional and helpful as Lauren. Glanzmann Subaru is a car dealer I would gladly recommend to others looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I brought my computer and camped out, expecting to be there a while. I barely unpacked, sent some emails, and they were finished. I requested a tire rotation as well, and they told me it wasn't needed, and removed it from my charges. I was shocked. I appreciated the honesty! I definitely hope this is a new normal. I know they recently moved, and the lobby was the nicest I have ever seen in a dealership or service place. It was quite comfortable, and the best part was that I didn't have to spend a lot of time in it. More

Always Reliable. Sam Simkins has been my advisor for most of my service visits from the year I purchased my Subaru (except when the service happened on his day off). Sam Simkins has been my advisor for most of my service visits from the year I purchased my Subaru (except when the service happened on his day off). He has been so kind and helpful, explaining everything in language I can understand. My Subaru is now 6 years old but has not needed any repairs--just preventive maintenance service. Recently, a friend who was taking turns with me driving the car to Vermont commented on how it felt like she was driving a new car--it is so smooth and easy to handle on the road. I attribute my Impreza's "great health" to the care that the service department has provided, like a good doctor taking care of patients to prevent sickness. It is very comforting to know that I am driving a safe, well-maintained car. Also, I love the big new Subaru facility and the spacious waiting room, great snacks. huge screen TV, and convenient workstations for my laptop. Thank you to Sam and to the technicians.
