So it gives me pleasure to compliment Eric for being at least as good as his competition. He was efficient, a good listener, thorough, and translated my general complaints to detailed instructions for Glanzmann's technician, Brian Pilz in this case. But most importantly, Eric stayed in close contact with Brian and for each of my nudging phone calls, Eric was up to date on my car's status. In the end, my bill was $50 less than quoted because two of the tasks required little technician time. A smaller-than-expected bill is wholly delightful for a car's owner. Congrats to Glanzmann for staffing your service department with capable, attentive, and knowledgeable professionals. More

Dan patiently showed me several cars, and there was zero pressure when I ultimately chose the least expensive one. I knew the amount to expect for my trade-in, and Glanzmann even beat it by a little (the offer was $1,000 more than one I'd received from a dealer the day before). Sean was able to provide me a better financing rate than my bank, and that process was simple, too. Everyone I talked to was pleasant and respectful - and the whole thing took less than three hours! If the service side of the dealership proves to be as good as sales, they'll have a customer for life. More

Used to be good As I wait for my shuttle ride which is 30 minutes late, I am reminded why I thought of going somewhere else for service from now on. They used to try to find out what was wrong with the car. Now they keep trying to sell me on their express oil change service. Earlier this year when I brought my car in, I had a lot of service that was due at 90,000 miles. I had complained that there was a squeak in the break. After three days and $1000, I asked what they thought about the squeak. I was told they were unable to reproduce the squeak. Because it was Friday of a holiday weekend, I could not leave the car any longer. But why did nobody called me to ask about it? I'm not crazy. They either think I'm stupid, or they are lazy. I had to bring it back again to find out that I needed break work. Well, now my ride is 35 minutes late. More
