Mark H., Casey F. in Finance, and their Service Department had the new cars ready in no time. All in one short visit. He appears to enjoy dealing with the customers, and is efficient. Only issue was, the Broadway automatic car system was down.Which he quickly contacted the service company. He even took the time to explain what they believe what was wrong with the arm mechanism. He went above in my opinion. More

John was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered my many, many questions and was an excellent communicator. When I inquired about how to get sunscreen out of my leather seats he said he'd look into it. I was delighted to learn that he found the answer and was able to have my car cleaned and it looked brand new once again! I highly recommend Subaru service department. (As well as Sales where I have had an excellent experiences over the years purchasing my car! It's my third Subaru!) More
