So I just settled myself in one of the comfortable chairs near the TV and sat back with the complimentary snacks and hot chocolate. Jonathan was very polite. He asked me respectfully how I would like to be addressed (by my last name or first name). He texted me during the wait to see if I needed anything. The service was done in just over an hour, including the complimentary wash. I love this place and am really grateful for the expert service. More
