Avoid these guys for service Made an appointment with service for a recall airbag repair for 9 am and confirmed the repair would take about 2 hours. Arrived at 9 am and was told Made an appointment with service for a recall airbag repair for 9 am and confirmed the repair would take about 2 hours. Arrived at 9 am and was told it would be closer to 3 hours. After call the dealership, it will be about 5 hours & counting. They didn't call us, we had to call them. The service desk techs idea of customer service is definitely lacking. I would avoid these guys for service at all costs. I love my Mitsubishi, but I'll never go near these guys again. More
