Pretty standard sales approach and techniques but they are unusually friendly and not the typical aggressive sales folks. I felt relaxed and respected. I don't know if this is the lowest possible price but I feel they were within 500 dollars without a bunch of theater. Salesman Danny Elizondo was very helpful and courteous. He made us feel like he had our best interested in mind as we looked at vehicles and explained features of each automobile we looked at. my inquiry via USAA Car Buying Service was emailed to 2 dealerships. Out of the 2, Adam immediately presented me inventory via email and provided even reduced pricing so there was no guessing on what was a dealerships. We exchanged a few emails that first day and his presentation was admittingly "agressive", but it was positive showing his interest. Even though there were a few bumps regarding the initial car pic info did not match the Touring car I wanted. I wanted to give him a chance to make the sale and he came through. The Overland Park location was the first to contact me but only pushed the "test drive" and did not show any knowledge of what I wanted even when my initial inquiry listed what I wanted. More

Scott was our sales agent . It was right after the snow storm and the car we wanted to see was smack dab in the middle of all the other cars. It wasnt a problem for Scott, he got keys for all the cars and moved them. We test drove the jeep and went inside and worked out a deal. Working with Scott was like working with an old friend. He didnt pressure us at all, he was fair and friendly. By far The Best car buying experience we have ever had!!! More
