We at Gladstone are sorry for your dis-satisfaction. There was never a change in the pricing strategy as we present every price to the customer using the available consumer incentives to show the bottom dollar price. When the buyers order is presented it shows the incentive broken out for accounting purposes and for Chrysler to show what incentive was given and the amount of those incentives. We believe this is where the confusion comes from. The selling price is show before the incentive is taken then that is removed and the final purchase price will be shown on the buyers order as well. One other thing that is often confusing for out of state buyers is that in Missouri there are no taxes charged on the incentive however in Kansas taxes are applied to the entire purchase price regardless of the incentive. Hope this helps explain the situation.

Even discounting the rebate, the numbers still do not match. Regardless of whether you can provide a detailed explanation of the numbers that demonstrates that all the paperwork is accurate, the rudeness and lack of concern about your customer was beyond explanation. All you care about is a signature on a contract, and once you've got it, buyer beware!
