Only real complaint would be how long it took to just get done with getting the car. Numbers were all decided ahead of time, made an appointment for Monday at 5pm so my wife could be there to sign also. All that we needed to do was sign everything and it still took 3 hours. More

The kindest service I have had thus far at Gjovik No one is perfect, but the service department did a wonderful job keeping me informed this time. Last time I did this I paid for the oil change but I think they forgot to do it as I had to have it done when I got to Toledo, Ohio. There is no question in my mind that was an accident and I am sure it did not happen this time and that's why I am continuing with Gjovik. The people I spoke with are great and I feel very much at home in your shop. I will be buying a new car in 2019 and will definitely be coming to Gjovik. More
