Routine maintenance I made an appointment via email after I was reminded that service was overdue. This process was easy. There were no surprises when I paid for the service. These are all great reasons to have all my maintenance done at the dealer. It is also convenient to have all my maintenance records in one place and show a future buyer that all of the maintenance was done here at the dealer by certified professionals. More

My loyalty to Gjoviks was called into question,regarding a quote for repairs on my Impala this week, the recently hired Service Writer (Janet) was (S My loyalty to Gjoviks was called into question,regarding a quote for repairs on my Impala this week, the recently hired Service Writer (Janet) was (Short) with me after learning of my talking with her Svc Mgr (Greg) regarding the additional charges that were tacked on after what my understanding of charges i could expect) on top of that, i received coupons for discounts towards repairs, but when I attempted to apply coupon, i was ( denied) explanation was (coupon) not acceptable for (Warranty) work ) yet nowhere on the coupon does it state that) even though i was trying to apply it towards what my (Portion) of repairs would be ($310.) Once i arrived to make payment and make another Inquiry on the coupon, (Janet) asked if it was a Gjovik (Ford) coupon in which i showed her that it was a Gjovik (Chevy) coupon, she quickly deferred to Svc Mgr (Greg) in which after all this i was told i would have to wait ! Which was extremely frustrating, considering the amount of time that i had invested in this very disturbing chain of events) I've purchased (2) automobiles from Gjovik and have never complained over the years , but the service dept in my opinion has suddenly took a wrong turn since the departure of in my opinion someone who over the years was extremely courteous to me As a result, i may consider taking my business elsewhere!
