Service It was extremely easy to make an appointment online. Matt in service did not make me feel dumb when I explained the issues I’ve had with the car, that It was extremely easy to make an appointment online. Matt in service did not make me feel dumb when I explained the issues I’ve had with the car, that’s very respectful in my book. He throughly explained results from test run on car, he gave suggestions of what I can do if I had issue again. I called service approximately 6 minutes after leaving to explain the returning issues, Matt got me set up with an appointment next week as well as a loner car. I appreciate the fact that Matt treated me with respect and understanding. I will continue to take my car to Gjovik for service needs. More
