I have been to several dealers who ignore you until they are forced to help you because nobody else will. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner and everyone was very nice. I bought me car here but told myself I would likely not drive the 35 minutes to have my vehicle serviced once it is out of warranty. This visit may have changed my mind. More

Tire problem When I had my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation they discovered that my tires were worn to an unsafe level even though I only had 18000 When I had my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation they discovered that my tires were worn to an unsafe level even though I only had 18000 miles on them. It turns out there was a accelerated adjustment on these tires due to a flaw in manufacturing them. Your rep brought this to my attention. He explained what happened and made arrangements to replace them. That was why I was here today. They were very good and prompt about getting me scheduled and worked me in quickly, only 5 days. I’m very pleased with their handling of this problem. More
