Chauncey Nichols went out of his way to do anything we asked of him. Took us on several test rides in the Regal and also another Buick vehicle. He is a very personable young man and was very accommodating and professional in the entire time of the sale. Joey Passarella was equally a pleasure to deal with. We drive - little over 1 hour to the dealership and arrived at 1:11 PM. We went for a test drive, made the deal including all the paperwork, and drove home with our new truck at 3.42 PM. We spent only 2 hours and 31 minutes making our purchase and yet we feel like we’ve known them all of our life. And they have already called us to see if we had any questions about the vehicle after we have had a chance to drive it a bit more.
