First time bringing our car in for an oil change since we purchased in 10/2019 and there was a mix up regarding if the oil change was free. The dates and mileage should have been easy to verify. Definitely was not the most pleasant experience for something that should have been painless and simple. Also, the service person questioned why there were so few miles on our car. #1, I work from home and #2, the reason why we decided to lease was because we knew I wouldn't drive as much and this is not our primary vehicle. They decided to give us the oil change for free but the experience was still a little disappointing. These are the kinds of experiences that will cause you to take your business some place else. More
