Let's start with Anthony Briggs. From start to finish, he was absolutely awesome. Overall, everything was good. We are an older couple over 60 and in everything we've done we have been cautious because he was absolutely awesome. Overall, everything was good. We are an older couple over 60 and in everything we've done we have been cautious because of Covid-19. So we asked Anthony if we could do the whole transaction in a contact-less manner. We even wanted the part with all the paperwork to be contact-less. While the dealership did not have a routine manner of doing this, Anthony worked to make this happen. We left them the car and from our home we picked the cars that we wanted prices on and we did the entire negotiation on the phone and from our kitchen table. When we agreed on the price, the paperwork was all prepared in advance and we got a phone call. While the finance guy was a little skeptical signing all the paperwork by ourselves and in our car, he agreed to let us do it and checked the paperwork afterwards. He reviewed the paperwork and everything was in order so he handed us his copies and at that time Anthony told us our new car was ready to go. We waved at Anthony at a distance and told him "Thank you" and he exchanged the sentiment and we had a few pleasant words. At that point we drove off in our new car. I wish car buying experiences can be like Anthony gave this one even if there wasn't a pandemic. So, thank you to Anthony and everyone else who made our contact-less buying experience happen. More
