Not impressed with showroom. Not warm and inviting. Lounge area no coffee or free beverages, or tv. We drove 3 1/2 hours and not very accommodating. Visited several other GMC Not warm and inviting. Lounge area no coffee or free beverages, or tv. We drove 3 1/2 hours and not very accommodating. Visited several other GMC dealers in recent weeks. This one needed most improvement. Salesman was good, but when closing deal, didn’t receive any business cards from any of the staff or in documentation to contact. Didn’t see any sitting out in offices either. The dealership had the vehicle I was looking for, I was able to close the deal, but I guess I was expecting more. My last GMC I purchased, several dealership staff members thanked me for my business, received several business cards for contact. Rating a “4” , because salesperson was good, but I expected more overall. More
