I would do business with this dealership again! I purchased a 2017' High country pickup. I seen the vehicle online at AutoTrader.com I live over 150 mi from the dealership. So, I had to rely on Gj I purchased a 2017' High country pickup. I seen the vehicle online at AutoTrader.com I live over 150 mi from the dealership. So, I had to rely on Gjovik's online representation of the truck. When I arrived at Gjovik, not only was the truck in the shape that was represented in the pictures. But the truck was better than I expected. The price of the truck, was lower than all the other ads online. Purchasing the truck was smooth. The only negative thing about the truck was, that the truck did not have floor mats! I thought a truck with 26k mi and no mats. wow! I expressed my thoughts with my salesman. He assured me the truck qualified for rewards pts. As the truck was a certified new. When I got back home and purchased the floor mats, I got an un-welcome surprise! Even with my rewards pts. I still had to pay $ 167 out of my pocket. Worse yet, because the local Chevy dealership did not participate in the Chevy rewards program, I had to drive to another city to pickup the mats, so I would'nt incur shipping charges. I had another $ 24 in gas driving to another city to pick up the mats!. I called Gjovik, and talked to Jose Squillo, and told him the rewards pts didn't pay for the mats. He sent me a check for the front mats. I called back and talked to Fred Squillo, and told him I needed back mats for the truck. Not only did Fred Squillo send me a check for the back mats, but he sent me a check for the gas to drive to another city to pick the mats up! Thank you Gjovik for making me feel great about my purchase with them. Thank you Fred Squillo, for understanding my issue, and going above and beyond. And solving my problems with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Kudos to Gjovik, and Fred Squillo More
