6-30-22 I BOUGHT A 22 CHEVY SILVERADO FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY INSISTED ON SELLING ME A ALLSTATE PAINT AND FABRIC DEFENSE WARRANTY AT $1,446.00. I TOLD THEM I DO NOT WANT THIS AND WANTED TO SAV DEALERSHIP. THEY INSISTED ON SELLING ME A ALLSTATE PAINT AND FABRIC DEFENSE WARRANTY AT $1,446.00. I TOLD THEM I DO NOT WANT THIS AND WANTED TO SAVE MY MONEY. THEY SAID ALL THERE VEHICLES HAVE THIS PUT ON THEM. I SOLD THE VEHICLE IN 12-2022 AND CALLED ALL STATE ASKING FOR A REFUND. THEY SAID CALL THE DEALERSHIP WHICH I DID. I SPOKE WITH FINANCE DEPT 2 TIMES AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DON'T GIVE ANY REFUND ON THE PRODUCT. I WANT TO CANCEL THE 72 MONTH WARRANTY. ALLSTATE SAID THE DEALERSHIP CAN GIVE A REFUND ON THIS PRODUCT BUT WE CAN'T. GJOVIK DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE A REFUND. SO WHEN YOUR BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BEWARE. We signed many documents, which they tell you, you will get copies of later. Be careful we did not. i.e., their Dealer statement that you have XX days to return the car. If you are looking at a vehicle online, MAKE A COPY/PRINT OUT OF IT BEFORE YOU GO! The posted miles in our case seemed to have changed from when we left house vs when we agreed to buy the car (i.e. 44K vs 48K). Their contention is that they changed it the night before and that it takes some time to update however the slight price reduction already did show up. We purchased the car on Sat-9/17 and told them that we wanted to return the car on Mon-9/19. Their response is that the deal was complete on Sat. They stated that we could come in with the car and they could work out a trade in price but there was no option to return the car. Likewise, although we have excellent credit, we were given a ‘higher’ finance rate 7.59% through GMC Finance. You can likely do better almost anywhere else i.e., 4.34%. We are trying to switch out the finance company, but GMC stated as of 9/20 they do not have the transaction on their books. We waited almost all day to get to speak to the only Finance rep they had on site. That should have been our 1st clue to hit the road. If you are in a similar situation RUN DO NOT WALK! More
Very fast process to purchase a vehicle. Only downside is they bump the vehicle price up for market condition. At least they show it to your face and really won’t budge. Nice people though. The service department performed very poorly. The told me that my truck would be ready at 12 noon and when I showed up at 3pm to pick it up it was still being worked on. the service scheduler tol The told me that my truck would be ready at 12 noon and when I showed up at 3pm to pick it up it was still being worked on. the service scheduler told me that it was the mechanic's fault and did not know why they did not start working on it in the morning. The parts that they replaced did not correct the issue. They blamed it on GM protocol. I spoke to Fred, dealership manager, the day I picked the truck up. He told me that he would look into the issue and call me back. I never hear back from him. More
