All we want as a customer is for our vehicles to work properly. That shouldn’t be too much to ask. Also it is wildly inconvenient to drop off a vehicle all day and arrange rides to and from just to get something simple fixed. This dealership would never last East of Rt. 47. Had a great experience with Scott, the salesman, one of the best and most personable I have ever dealt with in this process. Unfortunately, his boss, Dan, did not have the time of day for us. We gave an offer any used vehicle of $1700 Under the MSRP sticker price. Don’t know if he was insulted but flat out said no to his salesman to relay back to us with no counter offer at all. We decided to continue looking, and waited for this Dan person to introduce himself. After waiting outside in the cold for a couple minutes, we were advised he is still on the phone so we left. Five hours later received a text message of a counter offer. Now it is definitely too late. Why were we not given a counter offer at the time? This is our second day there, so we were definitely interested. Went down the street to Dempseys and spent $25,000 more on a vehicle and purchased it that day. What a great experience there! Except for Scott, who is a five out of five salesman, our experience was horrible. Dan lost the sale for Scott along with any future sales from their dealerships with us. More
