Waste of time...they don't value your business I've been purchasing new vehicles for 25 years and the process has changed a lot. Now a lot of back or forth takes places online prior to coming in. I I've been purchasing new vehicles for 25 years and the process has changed a lot. Now a lot of back or forth takes places online prior to coming in. I had been dealing with Tony Casale for a couple of days and was at the point of having my husband come in and make a purchase. We were interested in a new 2015 Silverado. Yesterday I abruptly stopped getting responses from Mr. Casale. I tried a couple more times and no response. A day later still no responses. Maybe we weren't as close to a deal as I thought, maybe the vehicle sold...I have no idea. If it were either of those, a response would have been nice. Not only does it leave a bad experience with the customer, you now have lost future business and the negative experience gets shared with friends and family. It's no way to treat potential customers. Maybe one sale doesn't matter to this dealership, but it's not a good way to conduct a successful business because in the end it costs you more than just a sale. I contacted those above him and they did not care to respond either. It's ridiculous how little this dealership cares. Do not bother with them. A waste of time and they don't value their potential customers. More
