We were talking with a dealership in St. Charles who was playing games with the manufacturers incentive ultimately raising the price one we committed to buying a select car. I had this happen once before with this dealer. Out of curiosity I began looking on the internet for the preferred vehicle and Gjovik had the exact car. They responded quickly and I shared with them the status of my search and the other dealers I was dealing with. Communication from the start was very professional and not overbearing. The transaction was so easy with price being confirmed before I actually went to purchase.(I am quite the price/value shopper and feel the experience was definitely 5 STAR) At the dealership the completion was the quickest I have ever had. I have friends and family that have purchased vehicles over the years from Gjovik. Although they are about 15 miles from my home it was well worth it and I will have my vehicle serviced by them also.
