Be specific in who you ask for While helping my son look for a car we found something on the Gjovik site he was interested in and would meet his budget. We arrived on a rainy Saturday to be greeted by a salesman who was outside and told him we were looking for Tony, whom I have known long before he came to work here. We were told Tony wasn't there, Saturdays are his day off, which was odd because he arrives late to cruise nights on Saturdays due to working. We looked at the car in mind, test drove it and were getting ready to finalize the deal when we had to go to the other building, the original location, and who was there but Tony, who goes by Anthony or Bulldog at the dealership. I felt someone misled and was ready to tell my son to walk away, when management made things right and gave Anthony the sale. I didn't realize Anthony switched buildings and now realize to add a last name when looking for someone. More

Service center personnel go above and beyond to help Brought in my 2014 Silverado for emergency service due to 4 wheel drive being locked up and was informed I shouldn't drive it because it could cause m Brought in my 2014 Silverado for emergency service due to 4 wheel drive being locked up and was informed I shouldn't drive it because it could cause more severe problems. It was 5pm (1hr before closing) service department was backed up and no loaner vehicles available. I couldn't leave the vehicle there because it is my only transportation for work, so seeing my situation the service manager pulled a Technician off another job to try a quick fix of reprograming it in hopes that was all it was and not something more severe. Reprograming worked, was out of there before 6pm and no charge for work. My heartfelt thanks goes out to the service department for going out of their way to help and understanding my situation........great bunch of people........:) More
