I bring my Nissan Pathfinder in for service on a regular basis - when I receive the reminder messages. I have given Gerard Nissan this "Great" rating due to the fact that they are a dealership that is "outstanding" and "trustworthy", when it comes to dealing with them for a new vehicle or on their due to the fact that they are a dealership that is "outstanding" and "trustworthy", when it comes to dealing with them for a new vehicle or on their regular maintenance checkups. I have been a "Datsun"/Nissan customer since the "mid-'70's". My former purchases were in MA. I moved to Westerly, RI in 2003, and have been dealing with Gerard Nissan ever since, based on the recommendation of a friend! The new 2013 Rogue I purchased is the best vehicle I have ever had!!! It's my fourth purchase since I moved to RI. Gerard Nissan is not "pushy" like other dealers I have dealt with. This is important to a female like me. These gentlemen have shown genuine concern for my vehicle needs and have always given me the best deals and service to date. I am proud to be a member of the Nissan family. More

Took my 2013 sl altima in for its 7500 mile service with a small list of concerns. Rich Girard was very attentive and positve to my concerns . My wife and I stopped buy about three months ago with a small problem, Rich offered to have someone look at it that afternoon and offered my wife and I a ride home so that we would not have to wait around which I thought was just great. This is dealership that I would not have any problem recommending to any of my family or friends from their sales staff to their service department . So far its been 5 stars for me. More
I Went in for my scheduled maintenance and had my car worked on and was out in an hour, They vacuumed my car and washed it and made it look really sharp. All the people I have worked with in purchasing my Nissan Rogue and having it maintained since I purchased it in June-2012 has all been positive and a real nice experience. I went to this dealership to look at a used vehicle that I ultimately was not interested in once I took it for a test drive. Wyfic spent the time to search his inventory of other vehicles available in my p I ultimately was not interested in once I took it for a test drive. Wyfic spent the time to search his inventory of other vehicles available in my price range and found me the perfect used vehicle. I had no intentions of driving away in the car I ultimately purchased since it wasn't even on my radar of cars I might consider. it was a perfect match with the perfect price. I can't say enough about Mike in the finance department either. He went above and beyond to ensure I got approved and with the best interest rate he could find. Great experience all around. More
I called service to explain an issue I was having with my vehicle, spoke to Peter he was very friendly and made time for me to come in right away. When I arrived he was avilable to speak to me right away and vehicle, spoke to Peter he was very friendly and made time for me to come in right away. When I arrived he was avilable to speak to me right away and took me over to parts, waited with me to verify they had the parts my vehicle may need. He was then able to schedule an appt for me around my work schedule. I arrived the day of appt to drop my car off. Peter was there waiting and since their shuddle wasnt there he took the time to drop me off at my job and then pick me up when my car was finshed. I will definitly be back at this dealership for future service! My car is running great and Peter has even followed up with me via phone to confirm I havent had any issues. I will def recommend friends an family to this dealership for service! More
