The Service department is good, but while there I spoke with the Salesman and Sales Manager about trading in my 2009 Fusion, Joe the Salesman did a good job, but all the pricing had to be done by the Sales with the Salesman and Sales Manager about trading in my 2009 Fusion, Joe the Salesman did a good job, but all the pricing had to be done by the Sales Manager. The Sales manager gave me a trade in amout of $9,000 for my car which he said was in excellent condition. I thought this was somewhat low, so I checked the Kelly Blue Book and it states my car wth 75,000 miles in excellant condition has a value of $13,625 Good $12,825.00 and for fair $11,425.00. Perhaps rather than the Sales Manager not knowing what he is talking about should do more reasearch. Although I really like the Service Department, the Sales Manager has left me with a sour taste and has convinced me that I now must seek another Ford dealership. Perhaps Whaling City Ford or Flood Ford. More
