I used this dealer for my routine services an thought i could trust them with my 2017 Lincoln MKZ. My check engine light came on at 70,000 miles and I was told i needed new spark plugs. 500 dollars and one could trust them with my 2017 Lincoln MKZ. My check engine light came on at 70,000 miles and I was told i needed new spark plugs. 500 dollars and one week later the engine light was back on. Now i am told I need a new engine. It is under warrenty so we say lets get it done. 3 days after getting my car back I am on my way to Baltimore to board a cruise for my 50th birthday when my car starts smoking immensely and the thermostat reads Hot. I had to pull over on the busy freeway with a 3 year old and 5 year old in the back seat. My coolant was leaking all over ground and I had to have my car towed to a ford dealer in Maryland. Turns out the coolant hose was not put on correctly from the engine replacement. 873.00 it cost to fix and Girard Ford would not pay me back on penny. I trusted this dealership and I thought customer service meant something to them. Everyone one makes mistakes we are all human but it is inhuman to know you are in the wrong and not try to make it right. This company did not even offer me an apology and the service manager refused to even speak to me. More

I was at the dealership on a late afternoon picking up my 2013 Mustang after being serviced. I ran into.Bob Bedard as I was leaving and showed him my 2013 Mustang. I mentioed I was considering a newer model 2013 Mustang after being serviced. I ran into.Bob Bedard as I was leaving and showed him my 2013 Mustang. I mentioed I was considering a newer model Mustang. Even though it was late, Bob took me outside to show me a 2015 Mustang that he said was in mint condition with low miles. He was right on the point, MINT. Bob was knowledgable and very pleasent. No pressure and by the next day it was a done deal. The price of the Mustang was very reasonable. When it was time to take the Mustang, home, Bib was right there to shuttle me home. I am very pleased with Bob and Girard Ford and have been for years as they have serviced my cars and Bob added to the experience. I would certainly return if needing a vehicle in the future. More
