After an allotted amount of time we were approached by Mrs. Roach, who was professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. Mrs. Roach assisted us with test driving the vehicles, and answered all questions we asked. She was not pushy about purchasing a vehicle. Once we decided to purchase our Jeep she and Mr.Shakespeare made the process very simple and met all of our needs and expectations. We returned the following day to have our running boards installed on our Jeep. The dealership had them installed within an hour. Mrs. Roach even contacted us (on her day off) to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. I would also highly encourage them to use Mrs. Roach and Mr. Shakespeare when making a decision about a purchase of their own vehicle. More
