Ginn Chevrolet - Service Center

Purchased my vehicle from Ginn in 2019, Ginn Chevrolet does not have a qualified Allison transmission specialist on staff to provide warranty service and work was recommended to try another dealer for war does not have a qualified Allison transmission specialist on staff to provide warranty service and work was recommended to try another dealer for warranty repair with no further assistance. My vehicle is still not working properly due to transmission issues that was stated by non qualified service technician would have to go to a specialist for repair under warranty. No assistance was provided to relocate my vehicle without causing further damage. Vehicle is still malfunctioning and has become a dark shadow in my driveway due to lack of warranty assistance on a vehicle that was sold by this dealer and can’t work on due to lack of quality service or staffing More
