We went to many dealerships with salesmen Who didn't treat me right and tried to take advantage. One weekend we went to the Gilroy dealerships and stopped at Gilroy Chevy first. We met Richard and he did a great job taking care of us to pick the right vehicle. We told him we saw other SUV down the street and wanted to check it out before we made a decision. Richard was not pushy and was very understanding. So my husband and I went down the street to check out the other vehicle but for some reason I got a really good vibe from speaking to Richard. The price of the other SUV was cheaper but my husband and I wanted to do business with Richard. We went back to chevy and bought a equinox. Thank you richard for being there and taking care of us. They lied to my face. Be careful with these guys. The finance guy Jorge (goes by George) is a crook. He lied to my face to get me to buy a warranty, and then confirmed his Be careful with these guys. The finance guy Jorge (goes by George) is a crook. He lied to my face to get me to buy a warranty, and then confirmed his lie when I asked him questions about it. Sure enough, the warranty does not cover what he said it would cover. He also slipped in a $242 charge for "anti-theft etching" which I didn't catch, and which the dealership is only liable for if I have comprehensive insurance. But if I have comprehensive insurance, I'm already covered for theft. He also snuck in an $80 dollar charge to do their paperwork. These guys are dirty. Be careful. More
