I ordered my Subaru from Gillman because of the positive reviews I had seen on this site. I had a very good experience. Kevin James was easy to talk with and friendly. Overall I am pretty happy. Gillman from my experience now is about middle of the road as far as customer service in San Antonio. World Car is by far the worst and North Park is the best. Kevin was very laid back (for a salesman :~P). Nice guy, easy to talk to. MATT McKnight was an extraordinarily friendly and open salesman. He was knowledgeable about the product and recommended the car we actually bought.
