I have been looking out for a great deal on an Outback for some time and knew the end of the month would be a good time to look, but was not quite ready to buy. At times he was literally running from office to office trying to get my paperwork done so I could start the long drive back to Corpus Christi. He constantly kept me updated on the status of my car which means a lot when waiting for your car to be diagnosed / fixed. I called to make an appointment to get my oil changed. On the phone I was told I didn't need one, I could use the express lube.
