She is very efficient, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, professional,and explains all the services to be done before and after! She kept me informed of the estimated time for completion and texted me and called me when my vehicle was ready. Also, the waiting area was very inviting and drinks and snack were available. Ms. Marissa is truly and indispensable asset to this dealership and should be recognized as such!!! She makes customers feel "at home". KUDOS to her and her service team!!! I always recommend Mr. Larry Ramirez, salesperson, and Gillman Subaru to my friends and everyone looking for a new vehicle, to buy one at this dealership!I love my 2022 Subaru Forester and will be a customer here for many years to come!! He listened well, did not pressure, explained clearly, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. So now I’m a third time Subaru owner. Such an amazing vehicle and fantastic customer service!!*** ***Update as of March 17, 2023*** I wanted to continue this review because the test of great customer service is not only the day of the purchase or your first service, it’s a long game. I’ve had two Subaru‘ s from Gillman at this point and Ryan may possibly sell me my third I’m not sure yet…but the point here is not once have I walked in and not been treated like family. They recognize customers by name, they always have warm smile and good conversation when you’re there and at times you don’t even feel like you are actually at a dealership! Another test is not only the long game of good service all around, I’ve never gone back to any other dealership over a period of years and the same people are still around. Usually by the time you go for your first service they have new salespeople, different service managers and overall pretty much new managers. The manager I met 5 years ago still works there. My service advisor, Ariel…still works there. The handsome young man Ryan who sold me my second Subaru two years ago and maybe my third…….STILL THERE. All of the other familiar faces are still there. This is unusual for any dealership so to see this…that keeps me coming back. They work well as a team and they also work hard for you! There are two people in particular I’d like to rave about. Ariel who is my service advisor and Ryan who keeps talking me into new cars. You can’t find better employees and as people they rock. I love them to death. Everyone else is the Sam. I feel like family when I walk in there. I don’t know everyone’s names but I know their faces. THANK YOU SUBARU!! First I have to give xxxxxxto Al Stevens. He’s the USAA salesman on site and he was everything I’ve become used to when using USAA but he works for Gillman. He was so professional and prompt. It’s sort of annoying at first when everyone starts calling and emailing you once your number and address has been advertised about being in the market for a car. He may have called but I didn’t answer because I literally had 15 different people all at one time start calling. I never answered but he did text and tell me who he was and where he worked. I’m not rude, it was Saturday! I replied to his text later that day and said I would be there sometime that day. Then when I went to look up that dealership, it looked like they were across town so I told him he was too far. Then it turns out he was literally 10 minutes away but I’m stubborn. I told him I’d be there in a few minutes (wow I’m a terrible customer) but he politely said he’d be there when I arrived and to let him know when I got there. He sat me down and asked me what were the most important must haves. He found the one with just about everything, and what it did not have, he threw in. Finance took a while tho...it always does, and if there is one thing I could ask them to change it would be the time it takes to do the financial part of things. That was so painful. But I still gotta hand it to them, they gave me a fantastic deal considering I was so upside down on my trade in. They worked their magic and I had my Ascent. I got what I was looking for and they gained a new lifetime customer. Thanks guys!! More
