The dealership has excellent customer service in every area that I have dealt with so far. I have one criticism. The service writer went above and beyond to get my car fixed. The Check Engine light kept coming on and it wasn’t an easy problem to find. It took several days for the technician to find deep within the fixed. The Check Engine light kept coming on and it wasn’t an easy problem to find. It took several days for the technician to find deep within the engine there was an oil leak. My car is almost 8 years old with only 55,000 miles on it. I was given a loaner so they could order the parts, make the extensive repairs and make sure there were no leaks. This all took about 2 weeks but since I had the loaner I could still do my regular activities, keep my doctor appointments and volunteering. I was kept informed of how everything was going and given a time frame for the repair to be done. I purchased my Forester from Gillman Subaru North new and have done all my maintenance at the dealership. Everyone is very nice and they have a great waiting room. More

The service department is friendly, very clean, and does a good job. They take reservations and are open on Saturdays.
