This dealership posted specific prices in cars.com and when you call them, they say the vehicle has a price that is at least $2,000 more. The general manager also tried to make excuses for the price diff when you call them, they say the vehicle has a price that is at least $2,000 more. I had an excellent experience when I helped my son buy his first car. MARK Maldonald the sales person, was very respectful about our preferences. Called me at home, told me they had found the exact car i was looking for, accepted the True Car price i had been quoted, went the next day,car was waiting, in and out in less than an hour! They have the worst customer services ever. I deal with this service consultant lady name Vickie Pscion. She is not helpful at all. First time we went there due to our navigation system randomly keeps swit this service consultant lady name Vickie Pscion. She is not helpful at all. First time we went there due to our navigation system randomly keeps switching off during driving. She told us she will contact us when the car would be ready. We dropped it off at 7:40 a.m on Thursday and there was not a lot of customers yet. All day long she didn't call. We had to call 3 times. We made sure she had our phone number and emails which she did. Even she said they need to order new parts. She said she will call within 2-3 weeks when the parts arrive. She didn't call again. After 6 weeks later we called, she said she was meant to call to let us know about the new parts she has received. So we went there again early in the morning that weekend. Again she didn't call all day until we had to call her 4 different times, She finally called us back at 4 p.m and said she didn't have the part yet. All she said was sorry. We have wasted all day for nothing. There was no communication, gave us the wrong information about the parts, all those service consultants looks grumpy and miserable being there. Never going back there. More
Obviously, dealerships aren’t the best, they mark up the price and some people call them stealerships. I did not have this experience here at all! Omar was a very great salesman and he worked with his manag price and some people call them stealerships. I did not have this experience here at all! Omar was a very great salesman and he worked with his manager to get me a great deal on a 2021 Odyssey, and he was flawless through the entire job. I could not have asked for a better salesman. His dealership is also a great one. The only problem I had really is that the roads around the dealer were very dangerous and cars really did not care, therefore I did not teat drive the car that far away, but this is out of the dealership’s control. Regardless, excellent dealer, excellent salesman, I’d give this as much stars as I could if there were more than five. More

They replaced the fuel pump and updated the software which deleted the history of the emissions (2019 car - 2 years old). We were not told it failed (issue 2) and left for a week. When we tried to do our registration, it said we had not inspection done. We called this morning and your team told us to come down, but didn’t tell us that we needed to have driven unknown miles or that I could check if the systems were ready at home, per the article you sent me from the manual (issue 3). I spent 3 hours this morning at your location and you could not get a 2 year old car under warranty to pass inspection (issue 4). I have spent hours of my time dealing with this and have been met with mostly excuses and empty apologies. I am left unsatisfied and no longer wish to continue a relationship with this dealership. I did buy a Honda Accord, which has a warranty and certificate car just last week. Before buying this car, I was told " this car has a warranty, nothing going to happen". I took the car to the Honda service. They told me it was going to be ready in one day, however 10 days passed, and the car is not ready. They helped before buying car but when I have a problem, they never ever helped. I did attach the problem about car, which has WARRANTY AND CERTIFICATE CAR. After that, they offered me a new car, of course new car is more expensive, but I said OK. The problem is I put $5000 down payment for previous car and one your manager Mr. Dino told me this money has gone, meaning is I paid $5000 for nothing. Mr. Dino is no even try to help us. He is unprofessional, not kind and friendly person. He never cares customer satisfaction, just cares to make profit. I have never ever seen managers like him. DO NOT GO TO HONDA HOUSTON GILLMAN. More
