Wanted to sell my Honda Accord. Got a text from Destiny they are offering $1000 above Kelly Blue Book. KBB for my car was $5k to $6. So I brought it there expecting a $6k- $7k offer. NOPE. After evaluation they are offering $1000 above Kelly Blue Book. KBB for my car was $5k to $6. So I brought it there expecting a $6k- $7k offer. NOPE. After evaluation from her manager, she came back with a $2750 offer. More than $2000 BELOW KBB. She said that my car was in bad condition, and that repairs to the paint, fender and interior reduced the value. I initially refused the offer, so Destiny went to her manager to see if she could get a better one. In the few minutes she was gone, I jumped on my phone to get a Carmax quote. I got one for $5100. When she came back she said the best they could do was $3000. I showed her the Carmax quote and she said they would do the same thing, and lower their offer because of the condition of my car. I said I'd give them a try anyway. Luckily I did. Carmax gave me the full $5100. Do NOT sell your car at Gillman. They will low-ball you. They'll get you in the store promising $1k above KBB then find excuses to lower it several $1000s below. SELLER BEWARE. ALWAYS get multiple quotes. More

Keep in my this is my first complimentary free oil change and inspection. This car is a 2021 TLX with only 4,765 miles on it, I bought it brand new December of 2020. They treated this car as if was on the side of the road and I paid $2k cash for it. I'm really disappointed and glad I didn't pay for this complimentary services. I'm still don't feel comfortable that they actually changed my oil, to top it off they put water where the windshield fluid goes. I'm beyond disgusted with their service department. Wow! More
I spoke to Kris Tate regarding purchasing an 22 NSX-S. He was honest said that his allocations were all filled up, and gave me honest advice on what I should do, which is to find another ACURA dealer that ha was honest said that his allocations were all filled up, and gave me honest advice on what I should do, which is to find another ACURA dealer that has an allocations open. He was helpful and gave me many tips on what I should do to get my dream car. Even though Kris was very busy, he knew that was very important to me and directed me to the right places. I appreciate that he has a passion for cars and is a fellow enthusiast. I will recommend him to all ,my friends and anyone reading this review :) More
I drove in from south side of Houston to come look at the use 02 Honda civic SI they have on the lot. Since the Carfax states it spent almost of it's life in Illinois, I wanted to see what it looked like un use 02 Honda civic SI they have on the lot. Since the Carfax states it spent almost of it's life in Illinois, I wanted to see what it looked like under the car. The sales guy told me I could lay on the ground and look at it that away... I asked if he could put it on the rack so I could take a better look that way. His manager said no and they could take pictures and a video that way. I know the car has some rust issues from the get go and wanted to see if it was still in ok shape. I even had cash in an envelope to pay for the car. I have never been told no that I can't look under a car before. I understand the liability and I would have signed a document stating if I get hurt I can't suit the dealership. I wonder what you guys are hiding. Shady shady. If you live in TX and the carfax says it from the snowy north, ask to look under car. More
A total waste of my time! I found a SUV I was interested in so I texted them to see if it was still available. I made an appointment and let them know I was going to see that specific SUV. I get there and waited 30 minutes (with an appointment) for Luis to come back and tell me that the SUV was not available. Their customer service skills need attention!!! More
This Dealership Sold Me A Lemon on Jan 6th 2021 and it broke down on the freeway and left me stranded 3 weeks later , they said they would help me since i hadn't even made my 1st payment but then backed o broke down on the freeway and left me stranded 3 weeks later , they said they would help me since i hadn't even made my 1st payment but then backed out on their word ... Maybe you rate sales manager and his team 5 stars but when it come to after sales and finance forget about it and don't even consider 1 star...I purchased 37k vehicle and added service plan for 4k. when when it come to after sales and finance forget about it and don't even consider 1 star...I purchased 37k vehicle and added service plan for 4k. when I tried to cancel the service plan after less than a month of purchase they kept not answering and the only person who can cancel is Charlie from the finance team. Absolutely ridiculous!!! when finally I got Charlie to act on it it was outside the 60 days window which I only received 50%. Simply lost 2k for unprofessional attitude from the finance director. I will never go back to Gilman Acura even for free car... More

Be very Leary of this dealership!!! I was contacted by at least 3 different people from this dealership and came up with a pretty sound deal....UNTIL I made a 2-1/2 hour trip to get there and the deal matche least 3 different people from this dealership and came up with a pretty sound deal....UNTIL I made a 2-1/2 hour trip to get there and the deal matched NOTHING that I had been told prior!
