We loved that everyone was doing everything they can to get us in the MDX..and the one we wanted and not a car kind of like it or similar. They worked so hard to fit our budget and to adjust the values to meet our needs and not just say we need a bigger down payment (which to them is their last effort, unlike other places...that's their main go to). They gave me a absolutely killer deal and an amazing value on my trade in. And at that point it was up to me to see about a down payment to get where I was comfortable (which was not a huge amount or not even needed really). They worked as a team and we love that. They had each other's back, knew the specific goal and accomplished it. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I was and will always be a loyal Gillman Acura customer.
