We have been a customer of Gillman Acura for over 17 years, and the service we receive from their dealership is the reason we continue to be a Gillman Acura Customer. Recently we were preparing to lea years, and the service we receive from their dealership is the reason we continue to be a Gillman Acura Customer. Recently we were preparing to leave town and found that our MDX had battery issues, after a short phone call to Ron Mascardo we were able to be on our way in less than an hour after bringing our vehicle to the dealership to have the battery replaced. The service department at Gillman Acura wrote the book on excellent customer service. More

I would rate this dealership 0 stars if I could. I went to Gillman trying to avoid shady used car dealerships only to find myself exactly where I was trying to avoid. I had to trade down on a 2016 SUV that was paid for to keep myself financially afloat until I could return to work after Covid related issues. This place is like organized crime. I dealt with Ray Lee, GM, who I hold ultimately responsible, however my decision to buy the car was based 100% on salesperson Felicia Brooks telling me she personally knew the previous owners and could vouch for the car. I would have been better off living in my SUV. I now have a vehicle that is in" limp " mode. I have missed doctors appointments, I was out of a maintenance medication for over a week. I was hoping to be well enough to be able to return to working nights ( PDN pedi nurse) I have no idea when I will be able to return to work. My life is a nightmare at the moment. What really makes me angry is that they knew why I needed to trade down and didn't care. On one site there was a covid disclaimer, to be patient with the dealership during these trying times, that the dealership is doing the best it can. I have filed with the BBB, and every other consumer reporting agency I can find and I am not going to stop. Gillman Acura y'all need to clean up your act, you need to be held accountable. More
