I went to Gillman Acura to see Noah Gilliam on the recommendation of Victor one of the sales agent from Gillman Honda. Noah was super friendly. He patiently answered all my questions and accompanied m recommendation of Victor one of the sales agent from Gillman Honda. Noah was super friendly. He patiently answered all my questions and accompanied me on the test drives. We finally found what I was looking for and started the negotiations process. There was an issue with the driver side headlight; it contained moisture and from my past experience that means there is a leak in the light assembly and the whole thing needs to be replaced. Noah mentioned that it wont be an issue since it was already approved by the management to get fixed. In addition, the driver side door made a click sound. I asked that to be repaired as well. He went to his manager, Chris Brownlee to talk. When his manager, Chris Brownlee came to talk to me, he was very snide and snobbish. He spoke to me as if I did not know what I was buying. When I extended my hand for a hand shake, he walked away stating " dont touch me". Despite being approved for repair, Chris Brownlee told me to get it from Amazon and repair it myself. Needless to say, I paid extra from my side to get Chris Brownlee to agree to get it repaired. which was more than the deal we had agreed on. Long story short, If you are ever in the market to buy Acura and are considering the purchase, Go See NOAH GILLIAM. He is very sharp, patient and friendly. Stay away from CHRIS BROWNLEE. He is rude and obnoxious. More
