You know who I am. I did not hide my name. You know what you did. If there is any doubt in your mind ask my sales lady Bibiamira Abdulhalim. She lost a sale too. I am 99% sure she was not involved in selling this vehicle to another customer. If she was she deserves an Academy Award for acting. What’s done is done. I get it you want to net the most profit possible on a sale so a finance customer wins every time. You should return a customers deposit before you sell to somebody else though. And don’t lie about not “running” a credit card for a deposit when you know you did
