My paid off car was totaled out and I had 7 days to find a vehicle. It was 2 hours before they closed on a rainy night. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff. I worked with Robert C. and I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I needed my payments to be. I went home and the next day he asked me when was I coming in to pick up my new vehicle. Him and the amazing finance team was able to give me exactly what I wanted and more. They listened to my needs and concerns and that meant everything to me. He always had a smile on his face and was very patience with me. I will definitely purchase another vehicle with him and Gillman as well as refer anyone I know to Gillman for vehicle. More

First time visit with the Gilman Acura service department over a sunroof inoperative concern. I coordinated with Ron Mascardo in regard to said issues with my Integra. He went above and beyond to accommodate over a sunroof inoperative concern. I coordinated with Ron Mascardo in regard to said issues with my Integra. He went above and beyond to accommodate me for these issues by completing a speedy but thorough diagnosis and when parts came in, he put me into a loaner vehicle that (to my surprise) is better than the car I currently own! The repairs, given the extent of the job took not a lot of time at all. Over all, my experience was beyond a 10/10 and will continue to consult with Ron for any future inquiries of my vehicle. More
