Sales Representative- Robert outstanding, went over and beyond to get the vehicle I wanted. Finance Manager- Marcos was a pleasure to talk to and made the process easy and simple. Let me start off with saying that I'm a Ford man but my son decided he wanted an Acura he's only 20. After researching the brand I came to the conclusion that even though it wasn't my personal choice it wa son decided he wanted an Acura he's only 20. After researching the brand I came to the conclusion that even though it wasn't my personal choice it was a good choice on his part considering the reliability and the fuel economy and not to mention it looks and drove sporty. Had a bad experience and we hadn't even moved that far along by contacting the local dealership in San Antonio. So I contacted the Gillman in Houston and I must say from the very first person that answered the phone to everyone that helped me all the way to the end was a pleasure to work with. Not only they found a used vehicle as in it only had 4000 miles on the odometer and for all practical purposes was brand new but they also saved me approximately $10,000 over the sticker price of one that was similar. The salesman Russell was very upfront honest and Hampton Inn good communication with me to make sure that when I got to the dealership everything would be in order. He explained every step of the way there was absolutely no surprises which unfortunately I can't say the same for my local Acura dealer. He took plenty of time to answer any questions or concerns I might have had and he did not rush the process one little bit. He took us back to Marco in finance and it was a pleasant surprise to have someone that was also very upfront and honest about everything as we went along the way. He didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want and he actually worked with me to get some extended warranties at an affordable rate. He did his job quickly and efficiently without trying to rush me through the process making sure that there was not a single question that was left unanswered if I had any. They both made my car buying experience very pleasant and very hassle-free and I left going home in a good mood without questions about if it was a good deal or not. I won't lie I didn't look for driving from San Antonio to Houston and back to get a car but the sales experience alone was worth the drive not to mention the savings. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Acura because they are very open and honest about everything and they don't try to waste your time they work to get your business and they work to make sure you're satisfied customer when you leave. I was also very surprised considering Russell's young age of how knowledgeable he was about the car and the process of buying it. I felt absolutely no pressure to make a purchase the whole time I was there. As a matter of fact the feeling that I got was we are here to serve you to help you make the process of buying this vehicle that I wanted instead of just buy this car so we can make money. My understanding is they will be opening up a store in San Antonio soon and when they do I recommend anybody looking for an Acura to go deal with them because they are definitely a pleasant company to buy a car from. I want to take time to thank both of them all of their effort and I hope the leadership of the dealership recognizes the quality of the professionalism of their employees because they are definitely #1.
